The meeting was called to order at 19:10 by ECC president Lyle Loomis.

MINUTES FROM THE LAST MEETING:   The minutes from the meeting of 09/08/03 were read by John Godinez.  A motion to accept the minutes was made by Mike Smith, with a second from Fred Rocha.

FINANCIAL REPORT:  The financial report was read by Kathy Bagu.  Kathy reported a balance of $3,919.45 down from last month’s balance of $4,015.45.  Kathy’s report included a list of expenditures over the past month.  A motion to accept the report was made by Gary Cassino, with the second from Sonny Cangiarella.

OLD BUSINESS

DISTRIBUTION OF CRATES:  Mike Smith reported that one crate would be issued per race team (30 birds) and that an accurate count of crates would have to be taken.  Going around the table the clubs reported the following:

NEW BUSINESS
 
TRAINERS:  Mike Smith reported that a *training truck would follow the race truck and pick-up trainers at $.35 cents a bird.  *Subject to change.

RACE TRUCK:  A pick-up schedule for the race truck was handed out by Urban Paulis.  Urban also provided his cell number, which is 909-964-1946.

NOMINATED BIRDS:  Clubs are reminded that flyers must identify their five nominated birds for each race team during the season.

RACE REPORTS:  Urban agreed to provide race reports via email.  Anyone that would like to receive a race report via email must contact Urban at ujpecc@adelphia.net.

ADJOURNMENT:  A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Gary Cassino, with a second by Fred Rocha.  The motion passed and the meeting adjourned at 19:46.

The next meeting is scheduled for January 4, 2004.
