The meeting was called to order at 19:53 by ECC President Lyle Loomis.

MINUTES FROM THE LAST MEETING: The minutes from the meeting of 05/10/04 were read by John Godinez. A motion to accept the minutes was made by Mike Smith, with the second from Kristin Ramirez.
FINANCIAL REPORT: The financial report was read by Dave Bagu (attached). Dave reported a beginning balance $3,552.01 in the combine account, minus a $16.00 service charge for a current balance of $3,536.01. A motion to accept the report was made by Steve Whitmer, with the second from Sonny Cangiarella.
OLD BUSINESS
No old business was
conducted.
NEW BUSINESS
COMBINE TRAILER STORAGE: The Bagu’s would no longer be able to store the combine trailer at their residence, the result of a complaint from the city. Dave Bagu said that until such time as the issues are resolved, the combine trailer would be stored at the residence of Sonny Cangiarella. Sonny has volunteered space on his property, and will need approximately twelve (12) volunteers to help unload, clean and stage the combine crates. The date is set for 10:00 a.m. on Saturday June 19, 2004. Please contact Sonny to let him know whom he can expect. Sonny will arrange to tow the trailer to the repair shop for work on the springs and watering system at a later date.
AU ID’s (second notice): Mike Smith reminded everyone to get his or her club member AU ID’s to Urban. Kristin Ramirez informed everyone that for a ten (10) dollar fee the AU will issue a second ID number.

The following motions
were recorded in support of the 2004 young bird schedule:
A motion from Mike Smith, second by Jesus Hernandez to have the first race from Desert Center. The motion passed.
A motion from Mike Smith, second by Kristin Ramirez to have Chuckwalla as the fifth race station. The motion passed.
A motion from Mike Smith, second by Francisco Hernandez to have Aguilla as the sixth race station. The motion passed.
A motion from Jesus Hernandez, second by Francisco Hernandez to have Ehrenberg as the seventh race station. The motion passed.
A motion from Kristin Ramirez, second by Rafael Reyes to have Chuckwalla and Meza as the ninth and tenth race stations. The motion passed.
A motion Kristin Ramirez, second by Mike Smith to have sipping for the Meza race on a Thursday, and the race release on Saturday. The motion passed.
